Speaking of redesigns, I'm watching ConceptArt committing slow suicide with their long, drawn out site/forum redesign. It's up, then it's back down, A "Please be patient" notice for two weeks, then it's up for a day and then back down again. They are doing themselves no favours and, although well intentioned, it shows that it's best to make sure everything is working before you change over.
